Happy Holidays!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and received everything they asked for! I haven't posted in a long time....I promise to get better! My computer has crashed and I am in the process of finding someone to get everything off my hard drive....then I will be able to post more pictures. I have tons of work to put on my blog!

Have a great day! ~Candi

Happy Saturday!

Hello! I completed some graduation party invitations this week. I think they turned out great...pop over to my invitation tab & tell me what you think. We found the invitation on Split Coast Stampers website and the lady that made the invite was nice enough to send me the pattern & sell me the retired stamp set.....sweet lady, huh!?!

I am a librarian at a school grades 4-8th, so I decided to add an Education tab to my blog to share some things I have or will be doing in my library....such as bulletin boards. I know I am always looking for new ideas for bulletin boards as I am sure everyone else is as well. A co-worker & I just did a poetry bulletin board to celebrate April being National Poetry Month. We had her 5th grade class write some poems on the petals of the large flower. I think it turned out cute :)

Have a great weekend!!! ~Candi

Good Afternoon~  Today I added a Photography page, my photos aren't the best but I am getting better. You know still learning how to use my camera.....I signed up for a 6 week class at the local community college so we will see how my photography changes (hopefully for the better).  As always if you have any hints or suggestions please pass them on....I can use all the help I can get :)

Have a great day!!! ~ Candi

I decided to bring a little creativity to my craft (scrapbooking) room. So, I went to Walmart, purchased these wooden letters and covered them in paint, scrapbook paper & embelishments. I enjoyed incorporating these letters with the colors of my room. They add a nice splash of color to my Elephant Grey wall.

Welcome to my Blog!! I will be adding new pictures, ideas & recipes all the time. I added some pages to make finding just what you want to see a little easier. I have been taking pictures of all the scrapbook layouts, invites, pillow boxes or any other crafty things I have done in the past. I will be uploading them all the time. I have also started doing some DIY projects, around the house, that I find online via Pinterest or other creative sites. I will share those with you as well. I hope you enjoy looking at my blog as much as I blogging for you!

Graduation Party Invitations

I made these invitations for my son's high school graduation. I used silver ink along with silver & clear embossing powder. The cards were made from the Wild Card cartridge, very simple!
